This creates a zipped package of files which you can send to support for debugging purposes.
You should send this along with a screenshot to show any error that may appear in the bot.
You will also be asked if you want to include a screenshot of the current window.
We recommend you do so we can see exactly what you are seeing
which will help with any trouble shooting.
Click yes then this will bring up the save as dialog box, enter a file name and save the file in zipped format.
You can then email the debug package as an attachment to support.
