Run the installer program betbotpro-setup.msi you have downloaded and follow the prompts and accept the defaults.
You may also get some windows confirmation warnings. You will see the following windows:

Click next
Accept the license agreement and click next
Click next
Click next
Click Install
You will now see a shortcut on your desktop. Simply double click to run the software.
