Percentage Bank Increase Stop

This will stop the bot when the bank or UK Wallet (Betfair account balance) has increased by a certain %,
so you can know the bot will stop every day when the bank has increased by 2% for instance.
This is also useful for when using multiple bots and instances. If the account is increasing due to another bot
making profits you can stop all bots based on the % increase.
The initial bank amount that the % is measured against is the amount recorded when the software is
started for the day.
