This is the time before the race start that the bet is put on, if all criteria/filters are met.
Set from 1 sec to 24hrs.
If using bets below minimum you need to allow enough time to place the multiple bets involved
so allow enough time for this. If set to 1 sec then there may not be enough time for the bet to be placed
before the event goes in play/running.
