Back/Lay multiple favourites:

The selected Favourites here will be the 1st, 2nd and 4th Favourites.
Assuming that all the other settings allow.

For any bet to be placed, a few things must happen:

A) The selection price is less than ‘Maximum Odds’ and more than ‘Minimum Odds’ (Settings  tab).
Also any other criteria you filter like number of runners, % back/lay ratio must also be within
range  for a bet to be placed.

B) The ‘Bot Status’ (top area) is Running/Started. This is accomplished by pressing the ‘Start’
button (top area).

C) The System is Active.

Heres an example using Target Profit Staking.
Most stakes will auto dutch when betting on Multiple Selections.

The status of the market is shown in the Market Events panel.
ie. Market Open, Closed, Suspended etc

The above picture shows that 3 bets were placed and settled. The Results panel shows the
3 selections which were 1st, 2nd and 4th favourites at the time specified.

The green highlighted selections in the Runners window are the potential selections
that the system could pick.

You can see the timestamps in the Event log panel the race was active,
suspended and closed and any reasons the bet might not be placed.

When the profit/loss for a race is available from Betfair, it appears under
the ‘Profit’ column and updates the account information and possibly the
next stake value depending on the staking set.
