This creates a zipped package of files which you can send to support for debugging purposes.
You should send this along with any screenshots to show any error that may appear in the bot.
We can then investigate this and correct any bugs or advise any setting changes.
When creating a debug package it will auto take a screenshot of the current screen and
put it into the package.
When you click the option a dialog box opens, choose a location and save the file in zipped format.
You can then email the debug package as an attachment to support.
