When doing this try to show all the issues, bets or settings if possible.

Several screenshots maybe necessary to show your problem

Screenshots are saved in the Application directory where you can access them

by choosing Open folder Location or navigating to the location via Windows Explorer.

All screenshots taken will be packaged into the zipped debug file, so take all your screenshots then
